Standby current is sometimes to high STM32L151CBT6A

We switch several times the µC into Standby Mode and the current is as described in the specification.

But sometimes over the Vdda Pin the current is 1mA.

We switch adc/dac vrefint etc off. No BOR in use.

We checked each Ports, but the current is coming over the VDDA Pin.

What can we check were the current intern the µC flows?
