Please refer to following documentation:
- Execution rate is rate of execution of FOC function described in "Tasks of the motor control subsystem" chapter
- Cut-off Frequency is used to compute the regulators for Torque and Flux (Proportional Integral coefficient) described in "regulator" chapters
