Hi Kumar,
Not sure what you mean with output voltage. The FET connect the DC supply voltage to the Motor, so the maximum voltage with a PWM dutycycle of 100% is the DC supply voltage.
The switching frequency can be set in the MC Workbench from 2 to 100kHz but is 30kHz by default.

The allowed DC supply voltage is from 10V to 75V.

I am asking only for output Voltage (switching variable voltage ac or dc ) and output switching frequency.
