I asked this same question to my local rep and the only answer we've gotten so far has been:
In terms of STSPIN32G4 eval board support, we have a plan to add this board in the future but I don’t have a firm date yet.
Unfortunately, this doesn't seem to have been part of the recent (March 2022) MCSDK 6.0.0 release either (Motor Profiler v1.3.3 Release Notes).
The MCU core of the STSPIN32G4 (the focus of the EVSPIN32G4 eval board) is the STM32G431, which has extensive support (e.g. NUCLEO-431RB & B-G431B-ESC1 are supported), so it's not clear to me why implementing this feature doesn't seem to be a priority (well, except that at the time of writing this the semiconductor supply chain has been insane for 2 years & its nearly impossible to buy the chips you want with less than a year lead time).
