I would guess in this forum with the right keywords, until there is a bug reporting in STMicro Github branch.

Hmmm... Look, indeed they started rolling out the Cube libraries to github.

"For any other question related to the STM32F4 product, the hardware performance, the hardware characteristics, the tools, the environment, you can submit a topic on the ST Community/STM32 MCUs forum".

The questions forum is not a bug reporting place. Apparently the answer is - there is no such.

It seems to be Issues in GitHub.
At the bottom of: https://github.com/STMicroelectronics/STM32CubeH7, they say:
Caution : The Issues requests are strictly limited to submit problems or suggestions related to the software delivered in this repo

Hello @eBirdman ,
If you identify some limitations regarding STM32Cube package for example, you can submit it in the Community.
Please assign the following topics (tags) to the question you submit:
This way, you will have more chance that the limitation you report will be reviewed by an ST Expert.

Thank you @Amel Nasri for your advice. This indeed may increase chances of "visibility". If reporting a bug in STM software is done by "tagging" the "bug report" as one of many forum topic, this confirms that STM employees do not collect them to work on.

This is what I did reporting in STM32 MCU forum about CubeMX v1.5.2 not allowing to choose previously used firmware library STM32F4_v1.23.0. Did not do any good - no reply
