I confirm the issue: The 20, 21, 22 and 26 bits filed for the RCC_APB2ENR register are missing in the STM32F429.svd file.

I reported internally.

also the RCC/CR bit positions 28,29 are missing too

I confirm the issue: The 28 and 29 bits filed for the RCC_CR register are missing in the STM32F429.svd file.
