there's a documentation error in RM0410 which says CIC bits are 28..27 in [TDES1], page 1785
Besides this, CIC bits are not in TDES1 but in TDES0, so that's second typo in the same sentence.
I checked not just RM0410 rev.4, but also RM0090 rev.19, and it contains exactly the same two typos, so it will probably go across all RMs containing the ETH chapter.
