I'm unable to complete the download of the above mentioned product. I get the following error messages:
a) Error 13001: Product not registered with the FLEXnet Connect.
b) 1628: Failed to complete installation
c) This product code is either not registered on the server or it is invalid. Contact the administrator of your FLEXnet Connect account.
Are these messages indicative of a problem at my end or is there something I'm doing incorrectly? I'm not computer savvy, so speak slowly, please. And if I posted this in the wrong forum, please kindly direct me. Thank you,

Hi there! Having the simmilar issue, only it says:
... and fails to see COM ports (my USB).
