STM32H573I-DK not recognised

Associate II

I have a brand new, out-of-the-box (i.e. I've not moved any of the jumpers) STM32H573I Dev Kit, When I plug in a USB-C cable into the CN10 port. Windows 10 informs me that the "USB device is not recognised".

I've tried installing the ST-Link USB Drivers but that has not helped.

Unless I'm misreading the User Manual (UM3143), I shoudl be able to use the on-board STLINK-V3EC debugger/programmer via CN10.

Any hint/tips for troubleshooting?

It does look like it's being blocked by an IT Policy as it works fine on other machines.
