STM32F401RE is not getting recognised in my PC

Hello Team,

I have a new STM32F401RE board along with the ST-Link.

I tried installing all the drivers required for the STM32 hardware, but the USB device itself is not getting recognised. Can you please help me resolve this issue?

Hello @rahul-adhithya and welcome to the ST community,

First, you need to check your USB cable. It should be a data cable and functional. Could you please check that cable with another device and check? or simply use another one.

Second, update your ST-LINK firmware using ST-LINK firmware upgrade tool from this link.

What board, and what ST-Link, exactly ?

Is it a NUCLEO-F401RE board - with the built in ST-Link ?
