Any *design* ideas about circuit verification after production?

I am planning to automate the Circuit Verification for inhouse designed&assembled electronics, this is my rudimentary idea:

(For me ,the blurry concepts because lack of experience are the Tensorflow and database parts)

 Does anyone have experience/ideas that want to share with me?
