Unfortunately, this procedure cannot be done via the website, but there is always someone here ready to assist you.
The device in question is in a SOT-89 package, 0H denotes the LD2981CU33 and 149 the date code (YWW). Typically, the marking is also printed on the label of the bag, in this case the marking 0H (Zero-H).
