Are you sure that it actually works out cheaper than buying a Nucleo board - which includes a genuine ST-Link?
A Nucleo-103 is under £10 !
So long as you're aware that you are using fake/clone gear - and the many difficulties that may cause.

And, of course, you can't count on support from ST!
