HELLO. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME IDENTIFY THIS CIRCUIT WHICH HAS THE NOTATION OF L4T . IT APPEARS TO BE A MOSFET BUT I'M NOT SURE BECAUSE I CAN'T FIND ANY REFERENCE ABOUT IT ANYWHERE. BECAUSE IT HAS 8 PINS. ITS DIMENSIONS ARE 2 X 2 X 1 MM. THANK YOU FOR ANY HELP.

Hi MMOMO, thank you very much for your answer, the problem is that I can't find any kind of reference about this diode, I don't know how to replace the chip. that is, if I take several diodes, how do I connect them to each other because I have a configuration that feeds me three pins of a microchip, I explain that pin 6 and 7 are connected and arrive at the gnd and have a capacitor up to pin 8, pin 4 is at the gnd , pin 3 is unconnected, pin 1, 2, 7 go to a 74ahc14d. in total, it is about a GILGEN SLA swing gate with microchip type MB96F346RSA. I can't find any kind of diagram for it, hence the problem because I don't know what to replace it with.

Hello,

You should supply a better photo, instead of taking a picture of a screen. The component is broken enough, there is no need to add difficulty.

Show more of the board so people can feel/guess the purpose of that 8 pins chip.

Maybe follow tracks to see where it is connected, that can help as well.

Yeah, not sure if is conformally coated or just very messy. Clean with alcohol or solvent.

Try with a smart-phone camera with high MP resolution, and Macro mode.

Thank you once again for your answer. in relation to the chip, unfortunately, when the piece was burned, the first letter was also destroyed, which after my deduction from the remaining half of the inscription I considered to be the letter L. I tried to look for this configuration on the Internet but I couldn't find anything, I think it should be something other than a mosfet and be what you think, a chip with many diodes. I also found this, but there seem to be five versions of it, but not with this inscription on it. I am attaching a diagram, I apologize that it is not very clear.

Can you show the picture of the (burnt) chip?
