I am using Sensortile.Box which has a analog microphone. I thought whether DFSDM filter can be used. Kindly confrm STM32L4R9ZI supports internal ADC to use DFSDM .

Yes, you can feed data from the internal ADC into DFSDM and process it there, see Digital filter for Sigma-Delta Modulators (DFSDM).

@Peter BENSCH​ Thanks for sharing the information. IS there is any document or application note to set DFSDM parameters in MX Cube like Filter 0 or Filter 1 , DMA setting and Channel Selection and the mode like -> pareller or manchester so on

You will find loads of information also in RM0432, e.g. section 21.4.27 and especially section 28.

Unfortunately, ST cannot offer a tutorial at the moment, but the reference manual is actually a perfect textbook for this.

By the way: have you seen the training material STM32L4+ Online Training that could also be helpful as a supplement to the reference manual?

Just search for DFSDM and either listen to the presentation (blue triangle) or read the PDF (red icon to the right).
