Hello Developers

In document “Spirit1_presentation_ST_Days.pdf“ and “Spirit1_datasheet.pdf? transition time between different states /operating modes are calculated using 26 MHz and 52 MHz Xtal. So, please inform me how I can calculate these values for 48 Xtal. Moreover, kindly tell me time for which controller stay on Ready and Lock State, when these states are used as transient states with 48 Mhz Xtal.

Regards

Hello!

In Table 20 of the Datasheet the transition times are reported for the 52 MHz crystal (that means 26 MHz for the digital part). The same times for a 48 MHz crystal (that means 24 MHz for the digital part) are just slightly slower. As a rule of thumb, given the time for the 52 MHz crystal, you could consider to multiply those times by 24/26 to obtain the values for the 48 MHz crystal.
