Hi,There is a [YouTube video provided by STMicroelectronics](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e4Jji8fZU8E) titled "ST25DV-I2C NFC dual interface tag cryptography demonstration".It vaguely references an Android app and ST eval board firmware, but doesn't say exactly what they're called. I don't see any mention of a crypto example listed in any of the software packages found under "tools and software", nor in any of the source code when I download all of the available packages. When I download the ST Tag app for my phone, I don't see any option of actually communicating with an eval board in the Android app, it appears entirely focused on communicating with the ST25DV.Could someone point me to the crypto example? I'm ultimately looking for an example of the ST25DV Fast Transfer Mode (Mailbox), and establishing a secure connection.Thanks.

Hallo, are you planning to bring TouchGFX and an embedded webserver together in the future? Customers often want a GUI and a web server together on one device. Actually, everything would be available in the TouchGFX Designer to create the data structure (html pages, graphics) for an embedded web server, which shows the same GUI as on the touch display on a web browser. It would be a great option to create an embedded WebGUI from the TouchGFX Designer! Thanks!

Hi, I use stlink v2 connect my custom board. The stm32cubeprogrammer shows error message when I use SWD or JTAG mode. The stlink version is V2J33S7.No STM32 target found! And I also tested with DK2 board. Could you give me some hints about it?

I am implementing UART transmission in SPC560B50L1. Due to modest description in manual, I have some detailed questions:I set UARTCR[TDFL]=3, set TXEN and fill BDRLs registers, starting transmission. What is the exact moment when the DTF flag will be set? On which edge of which byte transmitted by UART?2. Can I access (read or write) BDRL registers before DTF flag is set? How does modification of BDRL registers affect transmission?3. Is it possible to interrupt pending transmission? Like in the middle of byte being transmitted.

Default linker script created with new SPC5Studio project (SPC560BCxxx in my case) aligns code on 16-byte boundary.This is a part of default linker script (application.ld/user.ld): .text_vle : ALIGN(16) SUBALIGN(16) { *(.text_vle) *(.text_vle.*) *(.gnu.linkonce.t_vle.*) *(.vletext) "*(.vletext.*)" "*(.ghs.linkonce.t_vle.*)" } > flash   .text : ALIGN(16) SUBALIGN(16) { *(.text) *(.text.*) *(.gnu.linkonce.t.*) } > flash   .rodata : ALIGN(16) SUBALIGN(16) { *(.glue_7t) *(.glue_7) *(.gcc*) *(.rodata) *(.rodata.*) *(.rodata1) } > flashAre there any contraindications to change alignment to 4-byte based?Since my program contains a lot of tiny functions, I waste a lot of memory space between these functions.

Good day.I have next problem:I am use devboard MBI1396-B + MBI1414-B. I need run this board with software GUI (PC).I cannot do it. I am try to load firmware ST25R3916Demo_MB1414B_v1.1.0.hex. Just demo for LCD. On program nothing happens. How to connect and visibleCan anyone explain what is a problem?

Hi,the display I'm using have a pixel pitch that is 0.1926x0.179 mm. Where in the code do I set that? Right now the images on target looks a bit squished, specially the circular ones. Thanks

I downloaded and installed stm32cubemx version 5.4,and the default installation configuration is maintained. When I tried to generate an MDK project, I reported an error. But it can be used normally after uninstalling and installing version 5.3.I don't know why?I have tried to uninstall and then reinstall, or check if there is a Chinese path and other methods, which are not available for normal use. Help me...I use the win10 64 bit system.java version "1.8.0_231"Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_231-b11)Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 25.231-b11, mixed mode, sharing)

Hi everyone, why they mentioned (64Mbit accessible only) in QSPI?

Hi , I am new to ST Electronics boards. Recently i had purchased X-NUCLEO-NFC05A1 and trying to interface it with ATmega_128. So please guide me how to port code or which essentials library I have to use to interface this board with ATmega_128 via SPI.If there any sample code for NFC05A1 without using any internal libraries , please share with me, Thank you.

hi everyone,i wanted to create a project with touchGFX but there are errors, i just create the graphic interface, i didn't add any code!even though when i tried to upload to my card an example it said error too!how can i resolve this?

Hello! In this menuI can't see X-CUBE_TOUCHGFX.I downladed it from ST.COM, but when I try to install zip, I see message How to install X-CUBE-MX???

I'm trying to get my STM32MP157A-DK1 to boot with this tutorial: https://wiki.st.com/stm32mpu/wiki/Category:Starter_PackageFlashing works (note that I'm flashing the DK2 tsv package, since there is none for the DK1). But on boot the device gets stuck on:[ 2.033952] sdhci-pltfm: SDHCI platform and OF driver helperI attached the full boot code in a pastebin: https://pastebin.com/gz0deEv7The LD8 blue LED is blinking two fast blinks at a time.

I am a student and am trying to get the sample program working for the x-nucleo-nfc03a1 working. I am using the Truestudio IDE and the board is docked to the stm32-nucleo-401re. it compiles but when I try to run the sample program it gets stuck failing the initialize the rfal.any help would be appreciated

Has anyone used a different display with this development board. I am trying to use a Newhaven 320 x 240 display with this board. I have removed the display and made an adapter board as the Newhaven has a 54 pin connector and the DISCO board has a 40 pin connector fo the LCD. By looking at the schematic of the DISCO board, I noticed that the board uses a interrupt from the display. The display I am using does not have an interrupt pin. Will this be a problem? Any feedback is much appreciated. Thanks.

cubemx v5.5 touchgfx v4.13.0 . I've already canceled microLIB and c99.it says no define .But I can go to its definition. What can I do to deal the problem.

Posted on May 08, 2018 at 16:33HiDoes Any one use the Ethernet interface on the STM32F429ZI nucleo board? Any example?I want to use mbed online compiler.Thank youNada

We are creating updated versions of our products; existing products are based on STM32F411, the new product versions are based on STM32F446.We have previously developed a custom firmware update tool - used for field firmware updates by our customers - that runs on Windows; this same tool should work with both the existing product and the new product. We want to ensure that users do not accidentally load the existing product firmware onto the new products, and vice versa. We can determine whether the firmware file is for the existing or new product based upon the firmware file name. However, how can we determine whether the DFU target is STM32F411 or STM32F446?After reading AN2606, it is clear that STM32F411 PID is 0x431, and STM32F446 PID is 0x421. However, all app notes (AN3156, and AN2606) and DfuSe user manuals (UM0384, UM0391, UM0392, UM0412) does not indicate how using the DFU protocol to retrieve the PID. Simply put - how can we access the PID over DFU from a STM32 MCU?

Hi,Is there any issue if in STM32H743ZI, ethernet driver I call:…. SCB_CleanDCache(); SCB_DisableDCache();   HAL_ETH_Transmit(&EthHandle, &TxConfig, ETH_DMA_TRANSMIT_TIMEOUT);   SCB_EnableDCache();...so far, it works perfectly until now instead of only SCB_CleanDCache();Many thanks

Hi,I never used ethernet before, please excuse my ignorance. II dont want to use lwIP or FreeRTOS. My main goal is to use Ethernet hardware for fast communication between my distanced units. created a project for my 2 piece NUCLEO-H743ZI2 board using CubeMX there are no compiling errors but when ever I tried to send a frame, sender unit goes DMA error which is DMAErrorCode 0x00055082. There aren't errors or reception at the other end.I've added MPU Configuration as it stated in FAQ and lwIP example but still same. Please guide me on this issue some related documents or project to increase my knowledge in order to solve the problems. Thanks Zeki

Hello, I am designing a custom board with STM32wb processor. With nucleo board, there is no problem for programming mcu and flash the wireless coprocessor binary. However, in custom board, I don't want to use usb (extra cost and size). Do I have to flash wireless coprocessor Binary with USB ? Are there any way to flash binaries with swd port ? And also, are there any embedded binary code in chip when we buy them from digikey or anywhere ? If there are, maybe I don't need to flash these binaries. Thank you for your answer in advance,Regards,Burak

Hi, I am trying to find a MCU that both have an MMU and an internal scratchpad? My idea is usually Cortex-M series (low-end ones) do not have an MMU and an internal SRAM that can be used as a scratchpad / Cortex-A series (high-end ones) have an MMU but not a scratchpad (the only internal SRAM is the cache). Is there a product that have an internal scratchpad and an MMU at the same time?I really am having a hard time searching for a product that suits for me.Thank you!

hi everybody,I am working on a project with the stm32f746g-DISCOVERY board , I use Touch GFX to make a hmi.The 1 Mbyte of Flash in the microcontroller is too short for my useI am using keil to develop the project if possible what setting do I need to change in keil ?I hope somebody can help me (:julien

Hi,I have just bought couple of brand new  ST25DV64K chips and mounted them on ANT7-T-ST25DV04K board, replacing the 4K version with the 64K one. Then, I read the tag out with the NFC Tap APP and got PRODUCT_UNKNOWN on my screen as shown in the screenshots. I though maybe the chipset is not initialized out of the factory, so I wrote some data on the chip with the APP. However, still I get the same issue, but I am able to read and write on the chip successfully. The memory size on the app shows 1B and block size -1.Next, I connected the chip via the I2C of the ARM Cortex and ran the demo application. I am able to read out the ID of the chip (38 or 0x26h) and the Memory size (8192) correctly while the size does not show correctly on the app.Am I missing something or the chip needs to be formatted in some way?ThanksRajeev

Hello,I'm reading data from an external device using SPI in Receive Only Master mode. For this, I'm using the HAL function HAL_SPI_Receive_IT(), which as its name suggests doesn't use DMA, but is non-blocking and calls HAL_SPI_RxCpltCallback() when it's done and my buffer holds the number of bytes I asked for.Everything runs fine at 10Mbits/s, but when I increase the speed to 12Mbits/s (the external device supports up to 20Mbits/s SPI, and my STM32H750 runs at 400MHz SYSCLK), I start getting overruns (HAL_SPI_ErrorCallback() is called and I see that the OVR flag in the SPI SR is set). I'm always waiting until HAL_SPI_RxCpltCallback() or HAL_SPI_ErrorCallback() get called before starting a new transfer, and hspi1.State is HAL_SPI_STATE_READY when I start it. I don't understand what could cause an overrun. From the STM32H750 reference manual:"An overrun condition occurs when data are received by a master or slave and the RxFIFOhas not enough space to store these received data. This can ha
