Hi,I am using the following screen and CPU : 4DLCD-70800480 and STM32F746BGT.I configured the LTDC and TouchGFX parameter settings but the screen tears ...I have attached all the configuration.Best Regards

Hi,I'm using a STM32G030 controller and I'm working with ADC Timer-triggered and DMA for storing the data. I need a quad-buffered DMA that generates an interrupt when 1/4 of the buffer has been filled. I'm not experienced with this so I'm asking some advice if this achievable with this micro.Thanks.

Hello, I'm trying to debug an custom board with STM32L010C6 and STLINK V2. The firmware download seems to work fine, but the debugging is not working. The execution stops here:0x1FF00220 4800   LDR   r0,[pc,#0] ; @0x1FF00224I've already tried to break at SystemInit() and main(), but they are not reached. It seems to be a problem in my board, because the same project works fine debugging on a Nucleo MCU, but I cannot yet figure out the problem. I'm working with Keil uVision 5.31.0.0¿Any ideas please? Thank you

I have already enabled the LWIP but IGMP not able to enable.

I was wondering how can I store the whole session into a file, which can be sent to someone else or maybe recovered after working in a different flowchart.I see I can export the nodes chart, but the whole configuration of each node is lost using that option.Best regards,

Im trying to find how to write to the common ADC registers CCR on an STM32L412. What is the name of the structure I need to use? Im trying to access the common ADC register CCR I am using the names for registers is stored under the file in CMSIS>Device>ST>STM32..>Include>STM32.. but this doesn't seem to include the *names* of the structures - they're labelled at the end of the structure, but you actually can't use the names as they are there - for example ADC_TypeDef;must be either ADC1 or ADC2. So how do I refer toADC_Common_TypeDef; ?? how am I meant to know?

I need to write to the 4kB battery backed SRAM to hold information across power cycles, but it's not working! To be more specific:The debugger memory display shows the correct data in SRAM after a write. The data is read successfully at any time other than after a power cycle e.g. after a reset. The battery is keeping the RTC alive and well.I've set up an MPU region to make the 4kB at 0x40024000 non-cacheableHere's my code for writing to BB SRAM:// Now write it to BB SRAM RCC->APB1ENR |= RCC_APB1ENR_PWREN; // Enable power interface clock by setting the PWREN bit PWR->CR1 |= PWR_CR1_DBP; // Disable write protection RCC->AHB1ENR |= RCC_AHB1ENR_BKPSRAMEN; // Enable the backup SRAM clock by setting BKPSRAMEN __DMB(); memcpy((void *)pSRAM, &pay, len + sizeof(uint16_t)); __DMB(); SCB_CleanDCache(); reg = RCC->AHB1ENR; // definig reg as volatile forces a read RCC->AHB1ENR &= ~RCC_AHB1ENR_BKPSRAMEN; PWR->CR1 &= ~PWR_CR1_DBP; RCC->APB1ENR &= ~RC

Hi everyone.I have Nucleo F746ZG Board and TFT 7" with SSD1963 display and I need a guidance/help for the configuration of CubeMX, Touch GFX in CubeIDE in order to get best performance of my Stm-Nucleo boards on custom Tft Lcd screens. (I don't understand why all tutorials and workshops of ST related to the TouchGfx are executed on disco boards while custom screens are out of scope). Thanks

I am just a beginner with C, I set up a project with Keil MDK, the header files make me a little confused. I don't understand the meaning of "driver". The blinky project takes me a while but go nowhere.Does STMicroelectronics public any documents about CMSIS, STM32Cube, HAL, Driver... Thank you.

HiIs there a solution to go back to the last screen? For example you go from any screen to the SettingsScreen and after you have set all settings you would like to go back to the last screen.Regards Dejan

I try to install the SPC5-MCTK-LIB_RTM_1_1_0_web under SPC5Studio 5.8.1 according to the "Quick Start Guide Motor Control ToolKit for SPC5Studio". First I Updated the whole IDE and added the available components. Then I tried to install the MCTK-LIB.When I reach the Steps described at Page 14 (Add local Software), I see how the IDE tries to compute alternate solutions while clicking next, where I get the following Error:"Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found. Software being installed: SPC56xx Web Motor Control Feature 1.0.0.201807231455 (com.st.spc5.components.spc5rla.spc56xx.webmotorcontrol.feature.feature.group 1.0.0.201807231455) Missing requirement: SPC56xx Web Motor Control Feature 1.0.0.201807231455 (com.st.spc5.components.spc5rla.spc56xx.webmotorcontrol.feature.feature.group 1.0.0.201807231455) requires 'com.st.spc5.components.spc5rla.spc5xx.full.feature.feature.group 1.5.0' but it could not be found"Is it possible to get the

HiI'm doing a project to detect collision on UART, when I get data from Rx, I will compare it with the data I transmitted, if there aren't the same, means collision occurred, then I will immediately stop my transmitting interrupt to stop sources waste on the bus.I am using HAL_UART_Transmit_IT(&huart1, Message1.data, length);to transmit data,I tried UART_EndTransmit_IT(huart);, but this function is not declared in main, so I directly writeCLEAR_BIT(huart1.Instance->CR1, USART_CR1_TCIE); huart1.gState = HAL_UART_STATE_READY;but the result is when I detected collision, the transmit yes stop, but then I recall HAL_UART_Transmit_IT(&huart1, Message1.data, length); transmit is not working, is there any more register I need to clear? or are there any other way to stop transmit interrupt during transmitting?

Hi,According to the document "AN5056-Integration guide for the X-CUBE-SBSFUSTM32Cube Expansion Package" Table 3. SBSFU code size reduction,In project "NUCLEO-G071RB", I build "1_Image_SECoreBin" by modify SECBOOT_CRYPTO_SCHEME from "SECBOOT_ECCDSA_WITH_AES128_CBC_SHA256" to "SECBOOT_AES128_GCM_AES128_GCM_AES128_GCM", and find "SECoreBin.bin" size reduce about 9 Kbytes. But I clean and build "1_Image_SBSFU", the "SBSFU.bin" size not change. Why the "SBSFU.bin" size not reduce? Thanks.

Hello,I have an STM32MP157C-DK2 running OpenSTLinux using the STM32MP1Starter 2.0 image. I am wondering if it is possible to enable spidev drivers such that /dev/spidevx.x devices are available. I see that sys/bus/spi/devices exists, but there is nothing listed under it. I didn't see any spidev packages available using apt-cache search either. Also, this may or may not be related, but i2c5, which according to https://www.st.com/resource/en/user_manual/dm00591354-discovery-kits-with-stm32mp157-mpus-stmicroelectronics.pdf is what is used on CN2 (the 40-pin header) is not appearing either.ThanksMelissa

Im trying to upgrade the chip I'm using from an STM32F013 to an STM32L412 because I need more speed. I trying to get the ADC running, but having some problems - I check for the EOC flag to be set with a while loop but it stays in the loop forever. I really can't see what I have missed - can anyone help? My setup and code is below int main(void) { HAL_Init(); SystemClock_Config(); MX_ADC1_Init();   ADC1->CR |= 1>>0; // enable ADC   while (1) { ADC1->CR |= ADC_CR_ADSTART; while(((ADC1->ISR) & 0b00000100)==0) { } Result1 = ADC1->DR; ADC1->CR |= ADC_CR_ADSTART; } }     static void MX_ADC1_Init(void) { ADC_MultiModeTypeDef multimode = {0}; ADC_ChannelConfTypeDef sConfig = {0};   /** Common config */ hadc1.Instance = ADC1; hadc1.Init.ClockPrescaler = ADC_CLOCK_ASYNC_DIV1; hadc1.Init.Resolution = ADC_RESOLUTION_12B; hadc1.Init.DataAlign = ADC_DATAALIGN_RIGHT; hadc1.Init.ScanConvMode = ADC_SCAN_DISA

CubeMX tells very little about PWM. For instance PWM is not listed in pin function list. There is not much about timer outputs either.

If I make a custom board and I want the same STM32F103CBT6 on chip board programmer debugger, how do I make the STM32F103CBT6 that kind of debugger programmer? If I buy that component I assume it isn't automatically configured that way, so how to achieve that?

Posted on September 15, 2017 at 19:00Hi guys,I am developing software for Stm32F7 with ethernet intefrace (nucleo 144 board). I have prepared and compiled LWIP stack with netconn api enabled. I generated configuration files with cubemx using default settings. I start the stack in a separate thread and use a standard TCP/IP code to mirror incoming data (the RTOS echo example):void EthernetTask(void const * argument){ /* USER CODE BEGIN EthernetTask */ LWIP_UNUSED_ARG(argument); /* initialize LightWeight IP Stack */ MX_LWIP_Init(); /* Create variables needed for servicing a connection */ struct netconn *conn, *newconn; err_t err, accept_err; struct netbuf *buf; void *data; u16_t len; /* Create a new connection identifier. */ conn = netconn_new(NETCONN_TCP); if (conn != NULL) { /* Bind connection to well known port number 7. */ err = netconn_bind(conn, NULL, 7); if (err == ERR_OK) { /* Tell connection to go into listening mode. */ netconn_listen(conn); /* Infinite loop */ while (1) { /*

Hello, I'm trying to write a program which will detect the tag. I follow the demo example NFC05 and use a function from rfal_nfcv.h file.I detect a Tag sucessfully. But the problem is when I want to use Collision avoidance "rfalNfcvPollerCollisionResolution()". In the codeat the picture above, the program never go into the if statement and the function for anticollision is not executed.Because of that I deleted the if statement and keep only the code inside. I get "HardFault_Handler" error.I check the code step by step. The tag is detected, then anticollision function is executed, also the for statement at the end. Then program start againg (next cycle in while loop). When the program came to the Anticollision funtion, It gave me the error. Here is the picture after first cycle:Here is the picture in the second cycle, just before Error (next step I get error):Do you have any idea what's wrong here. I was following the example program and check it, everything is almost the same.Thank you

I made a board with STM32L476RG chip to pick up a little signal with ADC module, but ended up with a severe distortion. Then I tested the board with sine signal of 20mVpp, 300mVbias. The signal is generated by a signal generator. The result can be seen in the following picture. Known that the sampling resulotion is 12-bit, which means that with 3.3V VREF, the actual resulotion is 0.8mV. So the stages shown here is not caused by the sampling precision. For comparation, I tested the STM32L476RG nucleo board with the same code and same signal, and the result is as below. The signal picked by nucleo board is apparently different with the signal above. Although the stages are still there, but it is resonable and the sine wave is correct. And another point is that the bias tested by the nucleo board is higher than my own board, while the input is the same. Further more, if i give a higher bias to the input signal, the distrotion will change. There are two pictures below, which shows
