I am trying to create a simple guitar tuner using FFT but currently I am stuck at getting the correct ADC value. When I tried passing 10Hz sine wave into my MCU, this is what I got from CubeMonitor which looks fine to me. This is the graph from the value I got from IDE after pausing in debug which looks nothing like result from CubeMonitor. I am currently using the STM32F411E-DISCOVERY and my current ADC setting is as below I can't figure out where went wrong.I'm still new to MCU and stuff so any help is much appreciated :)

Hi ST,I am unable to establish UART communication between ST MotorPilot and STEVAL-SPIN3202.I am uploading one of the two STEVAL-SPIN3202 examples.Setting up 9600 baud rate (same as in Cube MX settings). Using correct COM port.Hardware setup: Power 24VDC connected.USB connected.J9: OPEN (BOOT0). (closing does not do any change)J7: OPEN.If I debug it:and resume,I observe green/red USB LEDs blinking.I am trying to connect with ST MotorPilot - result:  If I run it:it does not blink red/green USB LEDS and result is the same, no matter whether If close J9 or not and reset the MCU.Result is the same, : What am I doing wrong?Should I Run or Debug?Regards,Edward.

I am using the stm32h745-Discovery board.I am getting the data using the interrupt method and polling method but am not able to get the Data using the uart_receive_DMA. …What are the further configurations needed for the DMA and What else to do get in M7.Could you please help me out to get the data using the DMA.(HAL Function.).Thank you.

Dear community,I once again need your help. :)I'm using a TAS5760L on a custom board with STM32MP157 MPU and Yocto-Linux, Dunfell.Since the codec is not part of the available Linux kernel audio codecs, a simple spdif-codec (inux,spdif-dit) with I2S signal is used to send data to the TAS5760L.Audio is working quite well when playing wav-files with aplay. But I recognised, that the Frame Sync (FS, or LRCLK) is always at 48kHz, no matter what is configured in the device tree or in /etc/alsa.conf.Background:For aplay this doesn't matter much, but if audio is streamed via Bluetooth (at 44.1kHz) there is a difference in sample rates, which results in the following error:"An underrun has occurred". This error occurs cyclically about every 7 seconds and a glitch/stutter can be heard then in the audio.I use bluez-alsa (bluealsa/bluealsa-aplay) to send audio stream from for example a smartphone to the board. Here is some more information:Bluetooth module has CYW4343W chipset (same as the STM32MP

I want to use ST link to flash the firmware of on-board mcu on ST25RU3993-HPEV and read the tags. Please assist me in completing this task in STMCube IDE.

Using ST25RU3993 RFID with Rpi 4 and it work fine with STUHFL demo code. with debian linux Arm Cortex-A9, Is it compatible as I am getting only empty tags. please guide me.

In my application I want to use timer to turn on LED for around 300ms and simultaneously generate PWM signal of freq 2.7kHz (for buzzer) on PA10 pin. Is there any way I can achieve this?(NOTE: I have already used TIM2 and TIM21 timers. TIM21 is also running at the same time as I trun on LED and buzzer)No matter what configurations I set on channel 1, I always get around 400us wave as shown in screenshot below.

I am following the instructions of a video on ST's official Youtube page:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I9KDN1o6924picture: https://imgur.com/a/bN5oR3p

Hi,I am using stm32f1 and HUT21D sensor (Temperature and humidity sensor). The sensor use i2c for communication. I am using IAR and cubeMX.For cube: I used default setting for i2c.For IAR: I shared the main.c below. Can anyone help on why only get 0.#I2C #[STM32 MCUs]

HI i got a problèm on an stm32f0.after a reset the µC is at 8mhz but i'm only able to climb to 16mhz when i want to go to 48MHZ , did someone have idea of where does the problem come from.the µc are not new because i work on protoboard and i cant change it.void Setup_Init_Clocks() {   RCC_DeInit(); RCC_HSICmd(ENABLE); RCC_PLLConfig(RCC_PLLSource_HSI,6);//with that pll mult i must have 48mhz? //RCC_PREDIV1Config(1); RCC_PLLCmd(ENABLE);   //RCC_PREDIV1Config(1); RCC_SYSCLKConfig(RCC_SYSCLKSource_PLLCLK); //RCC_USARTCLKConfig();definir si utile RCC_ClocksTypeDef value; RCC_GetClocksFreq(&value);   } int main(void) { Elevator_Data test_cab; Setup_Init_Clocks(); F_Init_IO(); F_InitTimers(); u8_F_CrepINIT(); F_InitUSART1(); F_InputsRead(&test_cab); F_LedsWrite(&test_cab);thanks by advance

I can use listLayout add() item and remove() item good, but I don't knowhow to get selected item number on callBackHandler()?Have any example for me to study ?void Screen2View::callBackHandler(CustomContainer2 & cc_1){ listLayout1.remove(cc_1); invalidate();}Thank you & Best regards,

How can i Import the iOS NFC Tap SDKs to my swift app ? which Libs are relevant ?

Hello,I am trying to communicate with the bootloader by serial. Most of the times it works nice but sometimes it fails as I fail to enter the bootloader. To give a context, in order to enter the bootloader I set the rts of my FTDI high (this will set the bootloader to listen) and I send the 0x7F for it to get my baudrate and enter the bootloader. Then after the ack (0x79) if I send again 0x7F I should get a response (0x1F), at least some seconds after. This works most of the times, but sometimes it just doesn't.Any tip on what might be the cause? The image attached is a record of the data transmitted by serial. Another issue that also occurs sometimes is, after I do that, the stm32 just gets itself out of the bootloader into the app and starts sending the regular app serial messages.Thank you for your time and input.

1) I've checked multiple schematics for blue pill, black pill, etc., and saw capacitor and resistor on reset button line. I've built a test (pinout) board and without any capacitor or resistor. I can reset it (NRST pin to ground). May this cause a hardware or software fault in the future ? I've checked datasheet and there is only shows 0.1 uF capacitor for just protection. Do I need any other component on NRST line ?2) I'm using FTDI (also tried CH340G) for UART (via Demonstrator GUI) and unable to connect to board. Connections are correct: RX->TX, TX-RX, GND->GND, VDD->3V3. Tried all possible UART2, 3, 4 and so... Is this board can be able to program over UART or do I have a mistake ?3) On Bluepill there are Boot0 and Boot1 but 32G070 just have Boot0. I've already figured out I can program with STLink swdio, sclk etc but do I need any resistor like bluepill on Boot0 ? Tried to put a serial resistor like that but in that case I couldn't use STLink.Regards

I developed a stm32 project for the Nucle-H745ZIQ board with stm32cube ide, there's no issue downloading the code from IDE using its debugger. However, when I tried to download with stm32cube programmer, the code doesn't run (no expected actions can be observed on the board) after the download even though the cube programmer shows "download/verify successfully" and the "Device memory" tab shows data have been written to memory address. It doesn't happen every time, but it happens. The ide version is 1.6.1, programmer version is 2.8. The connection is "ST-LINK", Port is "SWD", Mode I tried "Hot plug" and "Under reset". And I tried both .hex and .bin generated from IDE, the problem could not get fixed.A brand new board is more likely to have this issue, no .hex file can run on board as expected by downloading from cube programmer. A workaround is to program the new board with CUBE IDE once, then it's less like to have this issue for this particular board while programming with CUBE progra

Hello, I use USART1 routed to PA9/PA10 (AF1 as per data sheet), so executing the line SYSCFG->CFGR1 |= (SYSCFG_REMAP_PA11 | SYSCFG_REMAP_PA12);should present the GPIOs PA9 and PA10 to pins 16 and 17 of the TSSOP20 package. Right?Well, pins 16 and 17 continue to carry PA11/PA12 no matter what the state of the two REMAP bits. I suppose these control a MUX each (as opposed to multiple bonding like e.g.PB3/4/5/6)?Is there anything I am missing? Thank you!

Seminar-NFC charging: the tiniest solution for wireless chargingQuestion: what international/European standards should I follow with regard to EMC/RFI when designing for NFC charging

It finally happened, i need two pins without pwm functionality to output pwm signals (minimum 1kHz)Im using an STM32f072R8Tx clocked with HSI48Mhz, my TIM1 is available. My idea is:TIM1 channels 1 and 2 set up as PWM NO OUTPUT with interruption enabled, discriminate the source of the interruption (channel).Toggle the corresponding GPIOs inside the IRQ function. Is there another magical way that doesnt interrupt my programm every milisecond?

I was wondering if one could define their own task tags (special comments like the default "FIXME" or "TODO") in the IDE? The IDE is Eclipse-based, but the preferences' window is not identical. So, the guides for Eclipse, like this one (https://stackoverflow.com/questions/9586478/ide-comment-keywords) do not work.

Hello,I've changed the impedance matching network on the NFC06A1 such that the system is resonant at 13.56MHz with an impedance of 2.6 ohms. The reader is in 5V mode with the regulator display register measuring 4.3V at VDD_RF. I have set the output resistance to 3.4 ohms.I expect that it would output 1.6 Arms (4.3 V / 2.6 ohm) or possibly 0.72 Arms (4.3 V / (2.6+3.4) ohms) with the VDD_RF regulator limiting the current to 350Arms. However, the i_lim flag remains zero.Is there a trouble shooting procedure I should follow for determining why the device will not output more than 350Arms?Thank you!Best,Oliver

Hi,I am trying to connect to a 16 bit parallel display interface. To write new data, I have to use pins on five different ports (GPIOs A, B, C, D, E). Right now I am setting these pins like this:PORT_D15->BSRR = (PIN_D15 << 16) | (((data >> 15) & 0x01) * PIN_D15) ;repeat for all other 15 pins. This is causing the display to update slowly, you can see the screen 'rolling in' from the top.On a previous controller all pins were in one port, and one access to PORT_DISPLAY->ODRwas enough to set all pins.Is there a quicker way to set all those port pins?

HI all,I’d like to create a system communication using LoRa protocol between 2 devices, I don’t want to use TTN. I’m newbie with LoRa I’ve seen Seed provide SDK to use LoRaWAN but I don’t want to use gateway or server. To be simple I have one device with LoRa-E5 and another device with another LoRa-E5, I’d like to be able to comunicate with LoRa between those devices, so it is End device to End device I think, is it possible ?

I am makeing a gauge background out of many circle widgets. I dont want to use static immage background because the position of segments can change depending on the maximum rpm. I have create this in TouchGFX designer and for each circle widget Designer created also a painter. Therefor there are many painter that have the same color configuration. Is it possible to eliminate some widgets and/or painters to reduce the memory consumption. part of generated code CustomGaugeBackgroundBase.cpp segmentBig1.setPosition(0, 0, 494, 426); segmentBig1.setCenter(247, 246); segmentBig1.setRadius(235); segmentBig1.setLineWidth(22); segmentBig1.setArc(-136, -133); segmentBig1.setCapPrecision(180); segmentBig1Painter.setColor(touchgfx::Color::getColorFrom24BitRGB(255, 255, 255)); segmentBig1.setPainter(segmentBig1Painter);   segmentBig8.setPosition(0, 0, 494, 426); segmentBig8.setCenter(247, 246); segmentBig8.setRadius(235); segmentBig8.setLineWidth(22); segmentBig8.setArc(134, 1
