hi,this is the first time i have used QSPI library, I have to use external flash in QSPI mode.In the data sheet it is given that, CS# pin should be low until command instruction 16bit data will pass. as shown ablove.but when executing command the CS# Pin perform HIGH-LOW_HIGH and again did the same thing at the timing of writing. this should not happen. asper data it low at command insertion and data writing. ihave check ON CRO.my question where is the CS# micro, so that i can manage to write.i know this could be stupid question.thanking you. if (HAL_QSPI_Command(&QSPIHandle, &s_command, HAL_QPSI_TIMEOUT_DEFAULT_VALUE) != HAL_OK) { return QSPI_ERROR; }

I am starting a project with an X-NUCLEO-IHM01A1 and an STM32 NUCLEO F411RE board. The example project on the IHM01A1 page called "X-CUBE-SPN1" is an STM32 project, not an STM32IDE one. I'm using the F401 example inside the example project. Is there a way for me to add an .ioc file to this so that I can utilise other pins for some sensors I have? Alternatively, is it possible for me to copy the libraries used from the example into a new STM32IDE project. I'm a little confused by the file structure so I'm unsure which files I would actually need to copy over.Thanks for any help.

I'm working on a project using an STM32H753XI MCU with a touch display. I am not currently using TouchGFX. I would like to preload images into the onboard QSPI during the project load. How do I go about doing this? I have used TouchGFX designer on other projects and know this is automated while loading the project onto the PCA.

Hello,I am attaching the programmer console from the IDE. It looks like both .elf are programmed in the specified region but ultimately only the one that gets loaded last persists. Does this happen because during the download of the last .elf the whole FLASH gets erased? Is there a setting to prevent that? I have also attached screenshots of the memory regions and a screenshot of the debug configurations.It might be useful to mention that if set the debug settings so that the start up is from the application, region 0x8008000 holds firmware and 0x8000000 is empty, which in my eyes enforces the hypothesis that flash gets wiped out before the second .elf is programmed. Any thoughts? Thank you!Memory Programming ... Hello,I've develop a solution that write and verify the content of nfc tag. I'm using the ST25R3911B-DISCO board to do this. The application is fast enought and work fine but, sometime it segfault. (~5/h). It always come after a read instruction (readMultipleBlock or readSingleBlock either). I let you here the call trace.

Hi,After a flash page erase I can write 0xFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF to a certain position in my desired page (see code snippet). This for sure doesn't change the content of my Flash. However if I want to write again on that very same position, a PROGERR comes up. So there must be a bit or so that describes if a position in the flash page has already been written or not (even if it is a 0xFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF value). Where can I find that bit? HAL_FLASH_Unlock(); if (HAL_FLASH_Program(FLASH_TYPEPROGRAM_DOUBLEWORD, 0x0801F000, 0xFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF) != HAL_OK) { Error_Handler(); } HAL_FLASH_Lock();   HAL_FLASH_Unlock(); if (HAL_FLASH_Program(FLASH_TYPEPROGRAM_DOUBLEWORD, 0x0801F000, 0x1111111111111111) != HAL_OK) { Error_Handler(); // This Error_Handler() gets called, due to PROGERR } HAL_FLASH_Lock();Kind regardsSimon

Hi, and yet another question...We would like to perform electrical compliance testing on our USB ports. This requires each port to send a test pattern.Our board has one upstream and two downstream facing ports. The upstream port can be set into various test modes using a standard tool (USB xHSETT). Unfortunately, this is not possible for the downstream ports.Can you give me any advice, how to set a usb host port into the TEST_PACKET test mode?Regards

For example, I use usb_dongle as TransparentMode to connect the P-Nucleo-WB55. I want to STM32MON_RF to view the battery level notification and I want to save the data, i don't know how to store bu using this tool...:face_with_tears_of_joy:

I am trying to get basic TouchGFX graphics working on STM32F407 over FSMC to an SSD1963 screen controller. I am getting the following errors on compile:#error "a user must call touchgfx::startnewtransfer(); once touchgfxDisplayDriverTransmitBlock(): has successfully sent a block."and#error "a user must implement C-Methods touchgfxDisplayDriverTransmitActive() and touchgfxDisplayDriverTransmitBlock() used by the partial Framebuffer Strategy."In the 'StartGFXTask' RTOS task i only have 'MX_TouchGFX_Process();' but should this not be enough to start the TGFX engine?

After updating TouchGFX to 4.20, my auto-generated file for <screen>ViewBase.cpp is resulting in an undefined reference to setDrawableSize:This is for a scroll list I have on one of my screens. Has anyone else had this issue? I'm wondering if it's a bug. I was previously at 4.18.

I followed ST wiki, success to display OTP by the command:STM32_Programmer_CLI.exe --connect port=usb1 -otp displThen I try to test writing a value to wordid 79 which currently is 0x00000000, and free for user.STM32_Programmer_CLI -c port=usb1 -otp program wordID=0x4F value=0x12345678No thing wrong, command return sucess: I display cmd again, it is till 0x00000000, even reset the board. Any one know what I am missing, please?

Good morning,I would like to know if measurements of MEMS accelerometers/inclinomteres are influenced by near static magnetic fields.The question is generic but regards particularly the model IIS2ICLX.Thanks for the attention.

STM32G070R8T6STM32CubeIDE Version: 1.8.0We are bringing up our new board and using ADC1 to DMA PB0, PB1, PB2 and PB10 pin readings into memory. The actual level on the pins is ~1.358 volts and the DMA data from the pins seen by software are 1775 to 1786. The ADC is set to 12 bits so these readings are showing 1.43 to 1.439 volts. This is an error of 72mVolts which seems excessive.The initial code by Cube was set to use Low Level drivers calls.The ADC is set to use 4 ranks and 19 cycle samples. The Cube code also has run a ADC calibrate so we are at a loss to pinpoint why the four ADC pin readings are so far off.static void MX_ADC1_Init(void) {   /* USER CODE BEGIN ADC1_Init 0 */   /* USER CODE END ADC1_Init 0 */   LL_ADC_InitTypeDef ADC_InitStruct = {0}; LL_ADC_REG_InitTypeDef ADC_REG_InitStruct = {0}; LL_GPIO_InitTypeDef GPIO_InitStruct = {0};   /* Peripheral clock enable */ LL_APB2_GRP1_EnableClock(LL_APB2_GRP1_PERIPH_ADC);   LL_IOP_GRP1_EnableClo

I'm trying to log my data in a .csv file, using the STM32CubeMonitor v1.4.0.I'm configuring my ST processing node as follows: Sadly, it produces .csv with no data in them (see next screenshot).I also tested the same setup with the .stcm, and it worked. Am I missing something? Or is this a known bug?Regards,Gabriel

Hi All, I designed my board with a STM32G0 series MCU with the main intention of using its USB-PD peripheral. I later realized that it is only the STM32G0x1 series MCUs would be capable of USB-PD while I will be receiving a board turn with an STM32G0x0 series..Is there a way to setup USB-PD on my STM32G030K8 by including the necessary C and header files used with USB-PD? The pins I would need to configure in the .ioc file would include TCPP01_DB, UCPD1_CC1, and UCPD1_CC2, but I'm an not really sure how to go about that either if the pins do not have that option.Thanks,

Hi guys,I'm new to this. I'm using STM32L476RG in combination with NFC 4 Click. I downloaded the X-CUBE-NFC6 but when i go to read an NFC Tag nothing happens. NFC 4 Click device has ben succesfully initialized. They are connected using I2C. What am I doing wrong?Brgd,Anej

I believe there is a bug in the slider widget in 4.18.0. I am using a slider to quickly adjust a parameter, but my incremental values are so small that I cannot easily position the slider on each unique value using the touchscreen, i.e. the button may be centered on the same pixel for two consecutive slider values. For this reason, I have created increment and decrement buttons. One button increments by a larger amount (1mA), and one by the adjustment resolution of the parameter (0.05 mA). In the interactions, I calculate the value to display in the text area.In this example, I go from 0.05 to 10.00 mA in 0.05 mA increments. So, the range of the slider is from 1 to 200, and to calculate the text value to be displayed, I divide by 20.0. What I discovered is that when using the 'increment by 1' button, when I start at the low end of the slider there are 4 places where the incrementing stops, and I cannot programmatically increase the slider, even though I am adding 1 to its value each ti
