Problem: After configuring the OTP pins in word 3 to the following:- Primary boot source : SD-card- Secondary boot source : FMC NANDAnd flashing the FMC nand with TF-A `tfa-*-nand.stm32` in the first sector using `nandwrite -p /dev/mtd0 /mnt/boot/tf-a-stm32mp153c-*-nand.stm32`I have a working booting setup using SD-card and u-boot. I have programmed OTP in the following way:First sense the lock register:`fuse sense 0 0x10000003`Validate that the lock register is 0. If not, then it is no longer possible to write the register. This is usually a sign that the boot sources have already been set. Read the value of word `3` in bank `0`. Either it is set or not. If it is set. Do nothingIf it is not set all `0`, Do next stepRun the sense command, this must be 0 or 0x21000000`fuse sense 0 3`When the sensing is complete, and it is determined that no values in OTP word 3 is set, we can proceed with programming the fuses. We choose:- The primary boot source to = 4 SD card.  These belong to bi

Hi all,I have my own customized board based on STM32WB55RGV6. The board has HSE of 32 MHZ but don't have LSE. I am using LSI or (HSE/32) as RTC clock and HSE/1024 as RF wakeup clock. I am facing two different problems.Case 1: First I tried with examples of BLE including BLE_P2P_Server, BLE_Custom and BLE_HeartRate from CubeMX. (Only change I did is disabled the LSE and hence LPM (low power mode) and relevant clock source setting). When I downloaded and tried to run the application, I always get HardFault from MX_APPE_Process(); more specifically when executing following /* Execute the task */  TaskCb[CurrentTaskIdx]( );Case 2: Then after I tried to develop a project on CubeMX from scratch by selecting STM32WB55RGV6 chip (Not Nucleo board). I just made bare minimum settings with HeartRate sensor service just to see if it runs or not.After downloading and running, I can see my device in ST BLE Toolbox android app but when I try to connect it with board, it doesn't get connected

Hi,I have stm32f469 discovery kit. I need to restore my board to initial screens that I saw when I first turned on the board. That is, return to the factory systemPls

I've followed this walkthrough perfectly: https://wiki.st.com/stm32mpu/wiki/How_to_perform_Secure_Boot_from_Distribution_package#Distribution_package_with_signed_FIPand I get a "Not able to find "None" (socname stm32mp15) path from current BBPATH var: ..." when trying to have TF-A find the FIP signing key.Please help

I've seen that it's support Bluetooth 5.2 which added LE Audio feature.Is it possible to make SSTM32WB55-based sound device (i.e. BLE to 3.5 mm jack converter)?And how if so?

I am trying to use the Mbed USBSerial class on an STM32F767VI and it works fine. I also have CAN3 RX setup on pin PA8 (USB SOF) and a GPIO on PA10 (USB ID). I am not using the SOF or ID functionality, but initializing the USB makes it so those pins don’t do anything else. I tried setting “target.usb_speed? to “USE_USB_NO_OTG?, because I am under the impression that SOF and ID are mostly related to OTG, and this is device only, but then I get a whole raft of other compile errors. I also tried using STM32Cube to make my own drivers where the USB is initialized as being device only and it compiles, but changes nothing. Is there any way in the current Mbed USB implementation that I can actually use the SOF and ID pins?

Hi,   In both SSP documents: 1) AN5510 - Overview of the secure secret provisioning (SSP) on STM32MP1 Series 2) AN5054 - Secure programming using STM32CubeProgrammer   It is written that "SSP" & "HSM" tabs expect: """ Encryption key and nonce files: The encryption key and nonce file can be selected by entering their paths (absolute or relative), or by selection with the Open button. Notice that sizes must be respected (16 bytes for the key and 12 bytes for nonce). """   But when I try to do this process ("SSP" tab, still waiting for STHSMv2 to arrive) I get "Size of ssp_nonce.bin is expected to be 16 bytes" both in GUI & in CLI modes -- latest tool version (2.10)   note1: when I provide a 16 byte nonce, it works note2: There are a couple of locations in AN5510 where it is written that nonce is 16 bytes or 128 bit, the rest say it is 12 bytes.   Is this an error with the STM32 Trusted Package Creator tool or with the Documentation ??   Side question

Hello,My firmware sends data to TTN when I double push on the button of my board. When the first push is detected, the board wakes up from low power mode and a timer is launched to detect if there is a second push. At the end of the countdown, if there was another push, the board sends data. Then, the counter of pushs variable is reset and the board goes in low power mode.I configured the Timer2 in order that it makes cycles of 500 ms :    clock source : internal clock (48 MHz)   prescaler : 1000   counter period : 24000   auto-reload preload   so time interval is : (1 000 * 24 000) / 48 000 000 Hz = 0.5 seconds My problem is no matter what the value of counter period x prescaler (I tried with 12 000 000, 24 000 000, 4 800 000, 48 000 000), the timer counts cycles of 1min30 (I toggle a LED when a new cycle begins).Do you have any idea what I did wrong or miss in my firmware ? I can add the source code if ne

Hi I'm trying to generate a signal with 100 ns time on and 100 ns time off thanks to DMA transfer. Hey, I'm starting on using OTFDEC for encryption of data on external OSPI flash, the project i'm working on is based on the Zephyr OS, and as far as i can see there are no examples on how to build an application with the OTFDEC setup using Zephyr. So is it possible to use OTFDEC with zephyr, and how?

Hi everyone!I see unexpected values when measuring VREFINT. The ADC measures around 1.18V, on some boards even 1.16V, which is outside the tolerance according to the datasheet: Reading the calibration value VREFIN_CAL from OTP memory returns a value of 0x5E29 (1,214V). Considering my ambient temperature of ~25°C, I would not expect the measured value to differ too much from VREFINT_CAL.I then used VREFIN_CAL to calculate VREF+ according to section 29.4.35 in RM0436:With the ADC-measurement of VINTREF, this calculates to VREF+= 2.57V. The actual voltage (measured with a multimeter) is 2.502V.All the other ADC channels are pretty accurate.My DeviceTree setup for ADC2:adc2:adc@100{ st,adc-channels = <12 13 14>; st,min-sample-time-nsecs = <50000>; assigned-resolution-bits = <16>; status = "okay"; channel@12 { reg = <12>; label = "vsense"; status = "okay"; }; channel@13 { reg = <13>; label = "vrefint"; status = "okay"; }; channel@14 {

Iam new to stm32 microcontrollers, i have to read uart continuously and store to array. and size of the data received from uart is variable. if i use the fifo with uart i can solve problem.so please help me how program to receive data from uart in fifo

I want to implement a system so that it retrieves sound by mems microphones and classify it with convolutional neural network. I have spent a lot of times to use BSP Library in my project but I failed. Therefore, I decided to use the code provided in f7cube file in the repository to retrieve sound. Furthermore, I'd like to use xcubeai with this code. To do that, I have to add CRC configuration, however, it throws an error as in the title. Actually I think this is about linker issue because when I add stm32f7xx_hal_crc.c file to the project, and when I apply ctrl+left click to HAL_CRC_Init in main.c file, it takes me to definition, but cubeide somehow cannot recognize it. How to solve this issue?

The reference manual (RM0440 Rev 7) has a point about WRP on page 125 regarding if the two banks are swapped. Why do the WRP2A_STRT and WRP2A_END registers have two different sets of values? It looks like one set is for Single Bank mode and the other set is what you would find in Dual bank mode, but the order doesn't match the above and there are no notes to describe why the same register has two different numbers for the same protection area. It is really unclear what is meant by this.

I'm working with STM32WL and trying to be able to generate PWM signal after wake up from STOP2 to control RGB LED. Before going to STOP2 I deinitialize PWM channel pin and disable timer clock. MCU wakes up on button press. After wake up timer clock is beeing enabled and channel pin is reinitialized. Despite that the LED is off. What else should I do to make it work or what I've done wrong? /* USER CODE BEGIN 2 */   GPIO_InitTypeDef GPIO_InitStruct = {0};   /* Green LED on */ HAL_TIMEx_PWMN_Start(&htim16, TIM_CHANNEL_1); __HAL_TIM_SET_COMPARE(&htim16, TIM_CHANNEL_1, 1000);   HAL_Delay(500);   /* DeInit of LED pin, disable TIM16 clock */ HAL_TIMEx_PWMN_Stop(&htim16, TIM_CHANNEL_1); HAL_GPIO_DeInit(LED_G_CH_GPIO_Port, LED_G_CH_Pin); __HAL_RCC_TIM16_CLK_DISABLE();   /* Enter STOP2 */ HAL_SuspendTick(); HAL_PWREx_EnterSTOP2Mode(PWR_STOPENTRY_WFI);   /* Wake up from STOP2 on button press */ SystemClock_Config(); HAL_ResumeTick(); &nbsp

I'am using Cubeprog version 2.10.0 and kit b_u585i_iot02a. Flashing to NOR flash with external loader is OK and verification is also OK. Then I tried to check flash against file but it fails, too big file...Can this be fixed ? This is very useful feature when using other flashing tools and checking if flashing was successful.---------------15:02:34 : Memory Programming ...15:02:34 : Opening and parsing file: 2_2M.bin15:02:34 :  File         : 2_2M.bin15:02:34 :  Size         : 2.22 MB 15:02:34 :  Address      : 0x70000000 15:02:34 : Erasing memory corresponding to segment 0:15:02:34 : Erasing external memory sectors [0 35]15:02:42 : Download in Progress:15:02:48 : File download complete15:02:48 : Time elapsed during download operation: 00:00:13.32215:02:48 : Verifying ...15:02:48 : Read progress:15:02:54 : Download verified successfully 1

You're doing a great job.During the CR95HF reader test,The NTGA215 Tag is implemented as memory read/write. We proceeded by referring to the data sheet (61 page - ISO14443-A).Memory Read works normally, but the Memory Write function is not working properly.I'd appreciate it if you could tell me where it went wrong[Ardiuno Test Log]

Hello, we are developing related products using CR95HF reader.I am looking for NFC Card product with ST25TN01K-AFH5 chip for test purpose.I'm looking for a product in the form of an NFC card, not an IC chip.I'd appreciate it if you could recommend it.* This is ISO 14443A.Thank you.

I need giga ethernet working on linux.Is it possible with the STM32MP?Please let me know if you have any test results with iperf.Thank you for answers.
