Hi there,I am using an STM32WLE4C8 with FSK and I am trying to determine the offset between the internal carrier frequency and an incoming carrier frequency. This offset will be used to calibrate my device using a high accuracy incoming preamble and sync word. I believe I should be using the CFO registers of the radio (0x06B0 and 0x06B1), based on the function SUBGRF_GetCFO() in radio_driver.c from Semtech. However, I am getting wildly varied results from this function, even after averaging the samples. Repeated tests have resulted in sample variation of up to 10kHz. Unfortunately, there is minimal documentation on these CFO registers. They are mentioned in RM0461 with the description "actual frequency error from normalized value". They aren't mentioned at all in the SX126x datasheet.Has anyone successfully used the CFO registers before? Or have any ideas for getting a reliable offset reading? Due to the lack of documentation, I am not quite sure how to use them correctly. Thanks,Rebecc

Hi,Here is how my widgets are currently rendered on my ST32F769I-discovery board. I know the problem is related to the external flash because the only image saved in the internal flash is displayed properly but I don't know exactly where the problem stems from and which parameters I've got to modify to make everything looks right. Thanks for your help.

Hello everyone,I have a question about how to update Includes folder in a downloaded example from STM32 CubeMX.Currently, I am working with LoRaWAN_End_Node example downloaded from STM32 CubeMX for the board Nucleo-WL55JC1. Based on that example, I want to add some of my files (both header and source files).I want to ask how do I update Includes folder when I put new header files in the Inc directory (Inc is not shown in the Project Explorer tab).I hope to have help from people in the community.Thank you, Huy Nguyen.

We are having problems getting a PWM output from Timer 1(nothing on the PC10 pin.)   STM32G070   Low Level drivers   Alternate function 2 of PC10 is Timer1 channel 3   Code is based on STM32CubeG0-master\Projects\NUCLEO-G070RB\Examples_LL\TIM\TIM_PWMOutput_InitThe example in the LL drivers uses timer 6 where we need to use timer 1. Timer 1 has more features so we are guessing that there is another initialization that needs to be done. Here is the code but some of the comments still refer to timer 3. Clock setup first, then Timer 1 init and finally code before the main loop begins. The LL_TIM_EnableAllOutputs() call before the main loop was added from a HAL project that used timer 1. Any suggestions would be appreciated.LL_APB2_GRP1_EnableClock(LL_APB2_GRP1_PERIPH_SYSCFG); LL_APB2_GRP1_EnableClock(LL_APB2_GRP1_PERIPH_TIM1); LL_APB1_GRP1_EnableClock(LL_APB1_GRP1_PERIPH_PWR);static void MX_TIM1_Init(void) {   /* USER CODE

Trying to fix Dell 2709Wb with power issue. The micro is the all-in-one FLI30366, with 416 pins in a PBGA format. I can only find a summary datasheet, not a pinout. Where to find datasheet with pinout of this chip? This is only thing I have found alldatasheet.com/datasheet-pdf/pdf/519205/STMICROELECTRONICS/FLI30336-AC.html

I'm having trouble finding documentation on how to access the upper OTPs by the unsecure world. I see that I have to manage exceptions by using STM32CubeMX but its not very clear on how to manage the exceptions using STM32CubeMX.

Please advise what is the suffix "SP2" in the type 32F45VGT6? Please confirm if this mean device is already programmed?

Error: L6218E: Undefined symbol touchgfx::paint::rgb565::lineFromColor(unsigned short*, unsigned, unsigned, unsigned char, unsigned) (referred from painterrgb565.o).How to resolve？

Hello,I created a test project (Riverdi_101STM32H7-4.20) on the side of my main project the other day about managing a clock between multiple screens via a container (see here : https://community.st.com/s/question/0D53W00001g13KBSAY/custom-container-on-multiple-screen-set-digitalclock-problem-solved )I recently tried to replace my digitalClocks in my screens of my main project by a digitalClock in a container (banner). I copied exactly the same code as in my test project but it failed to work. Indeed, the behavior of the clock was really weird. It started back at 08:25:36 in the first screen (normal because it's the time I set), but then it was 00:00:00 in the second screen and 12:40:28 in the third one.I tried everything, renaming mytickCounter, renaming the clockbanner widget, but nothing worked.I printed on my screens the tickCounter/60 to see the problem.1st screen: number of seconds/ticks goes well. It stops counting (pauses) when I change screens but comes back to the good number

Hi All,We had purchased STM32L4Q5CGT6 controller for our work and after assembling and testing programming using STLINK V3 using SWD we found that none of the controllers are being detected in the programmer software. when connected the following screen appears"Failed to connect to STM32 target". we tested for 10 numbers of controllers and found the same issue in each. Is it due to the RDP feature or controller fail. If it is RDP then how can we remove the read out protection and program them. Any detailed step by step procedure is available, please suggest. Thanks in advance.Note - tried to add the images in screenshot but not able to add due to some error messages.

Hi,I am setting my RTC with a timestamp and when I read it back immediately I notice the hour setting is always off by 1 hour. I do not have daylight savings mode enabled on the RTC and I cannot understand why the hour setting is off. I thought the issue had to do with Daylight Savings and tried both the Add1H and Sub1H settings for the RTC but those did not have any effect on the issue. Here is the log of my testing:Write Time - 1662156522 (Timestamp is 02-09-2022 / 22:08:42)   After converting from timestamp 22:08:42 (Timestamp converted just before setting RTC)   02-09-2022 / 21:08:56 (Read Time ())My RTC init()static void MX_RTC_Init(void) {   /* USER CODE BEGIN RTC_Init 0 */   /* USER CODE END RTC_Init 0 */   RTC_TimeTypeDef sTime = {0}; RTC_DateTypeDef sDate = {0};   /* USER CODE BEGIN RTC_Init 1 */   /* USER CODE END RTC_Init 1 */ /** Initialize RTC Only */ hrtc.Instance = RTC; hrtc.Init.HourFormat = RTC_HOURFORMAT_24; hrtc.Init.Async

Well, the Unico-GUI software was working fine, and one day all of the tools (bars, plot, data, etc) started getting drawn on top of one another, and the last one (pedometer) is the one on "top" and the only one I can now select. Any idea how to fix this? I uninstalled/reinstalled and it's still doing this...Brian

The STM8 Standard Peripheral Library does not include example config files (header files) for STM8 Nucleo boards. Are headers for the Nucleo-S208RB available online? I though I ask before creating one... Thanks!

I am looking to use the code provided (X-CUBE-NFC6) with modifications to have the ST25R3916(lock) and M24SR64(key) to act as a lock and key. I am able to read, format, and write to the tag using the provided program. How would I be able to make each individual tag only work with each individual reader to act as a lock and key?Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I would like to run the STM32WB55 BLE_TransparentMode on my custom application board, but first I need to re-assign the pins used for LPUART1. However, any code generation from CubeMX, even without making any modifications, causes hundreds of compiler errors including "multiple definition of main". In fact, every function has the error that there is a duplicate definition. I have tried cleaning the build, but I get the same problem. Shouldn't I be able to generate code from the example's CubeMX .ioc file that compiles? Is there some setting or method I can change to be able to make simple modifications to this example?

What is the correct Vhys parameters for STM32F2xxx MCU I/O ports? It looks like as wrong datasheet values here (DS6329 Rev 18): https://www.st.com/resource/en/datasheet/stm32f207vg.pdf#page=102The published values are too big. Please double check the chapter Table 46. I/O static characteristics for valid parameters and give me feedback asap.Thank you in advance.

I'm trying to create a Makefile-based project for the STM32WL55CCUx microcontroller but it's not possible. Why is it disabled? Is there a workaround? Thanks in advance.

Hello,While using the RTC_BKP registers with HAL_RTCEx_BKUPWrite seems all right, the definition of the registers in stm32wb55wxx.h are not. Maybe they should not be present, or they should be fixed, but having symbols defined that do not lead to what their name suggests doesn't look right to me./******************** Bits definition for RTC_BKP0R register ****************/ #define RTC_BKP0R_Pos (0U) #define RTC_BKP0R_Msk (0xFFFFFFFFUL << RTC_BKP0R_Pos) /*!< 0xFFFFFFFF */ #define RTC_BKP0R RTC_BKP0R_Msk /*!< RTC backup register 0 */   /******************** Bits definition for RTC_BKP1R register ****************/ #define RTC_BKP1R_Pos (0U) #define RTC_BKP1R_Msk (0xFFFFFFFFUL << RTC_BKP1R_Pos) /*!< 0xFFFFFFFF */ #define RTC_BKP1R RTC_BKP1R_Msk /*!< RTC backup register 1 */   /******************** Bits definition for RTC_BKP2R register ****************/ #define RTC_BKP2R_Pos (0U) #define RTC_BKP2R_Msk (0xFFFFFFFFUL << RTC_BKP2R_Pos) /*!< 0xFFFFFFF

Hi, I'd like to use a ST25R3911 in order to detect a tag at approximately 20cm.Do you think it's possible ?--> I'll use custom antenna, and probably a custom protocol in order to read a small quantity of data ( my objectif is to read the data in 1ms)

Greetings!I am working STM32F691 . I want to flash images to QSPI flash memory without using tftp . Requesting you to kindly help us with procedure/steps for the same. Thanks in advance

Hi,I try to compile my custom system, which is based on the Cubemx in the latest V4.0.0 ecosystem. Hi,I'm interested in working with ML and AI on STM32, after spending some time looking through ST documentation I think using NanoEdge AI Studio + ST board is the quickest way to help me understand things. From what I can see, the latest available function pack from ST is FP_AI_MONITOR1 which currently supports the STEVAL-STWINKT1B, sadly this board is out of stock with a very long lead time... are there plans by ST to have other boards supported by this function pack?I do have the STM32L4-IOT node (B-L475E-IOT01A) so can follow along with this guide:https://wiki.st.com/stm32mcu/wiki/AI:How_to_perform_motion_sensing_on_STM32L4_IoTnodeI see various other boards are supported in NanoEdge AI, so this might be another route in, rather than rely on the function pack.Maybe I'm missing something, or is the current way of things? Many thanks.Anthony

In disco boards and evaluation boards there are 1.5k Ohm resistors, would it be a problem if I use 2k Ohms?
