I am developping a driver for a QSPI memory mapped memory on STM32H753.In SPI mode it works fine. When I switch to "quad io" mode (ie. 4 data signals) I read corrupted data. Adding some delays between reads improve the results (but doesn't completely solve the issue)Right now the CPU frequency is 400Mhz, HCLK is 200MHz and the QSPI kernel clock (SCK signal) is 12.5MHz.Is it possible that the QSPI freq is too slow compared the CPU freq ? I assume a slow SPI freq is just stalling the CPU for a longer time ?

I'm working with SPC56EC64L8, i want to enable FPU. But I don't know how to enable it. I already seen this post https://community.st.com/s/feed/0D50X00009XkW9uSAF?t=1657363249348 . but link in this post mentioned is https://app-community.st.com/thread/43975-fpu-exceptions-on-spc56el60l3 not working

Hi,I try to bring up the NFC06A1 on an Arduino Uno with the Arduino IDE.If I compile the ST example (X_NUCLEO_NFC06A1_HelloWorld), I get an fatal error:C:#######\Documents\Arduino\libraries\STM32duino_ST25R3916\src/rfal_rfst25r3916.h:51:10: fatal error: functional: No such file or directory #include <functional> ^~~~~~~~~~~~ compilation terminated. exit status 1Is there any solution to get the example running?Best regards,Sebastian

Hi...By using Text Area widget a string is displayed on a 480x272 resolution board. But I want something like, if we give '1' from keyboard through usart that data will be transmitted & it should display a string configured in TOUCHGFX IDE .I tried it by enabling usart pins configure in polling mode & in switch case when character is received it should display a configured string . switch(Usart_Buffer)  {  case '1' :    unicode::strncpy(textArea1Buffer,"Power on",7);    textArea1.invalidate();  break;  }I am not getting what is the proper way to do this ?

VREFBUFF is not available in STM32L431RCTx series, in datasheet it tells that "internal voltage reference buffer is not available", is there any other option to give External ADC reference for this series of STM32.

I used Cubemx to configured the system clock to 180MHz. Why is the system clock in the generated project code...... 6 zeros...... 16MHz:grinning_face_with_sweat:? Can I change 16MHz to 180MHz?It simply changes the number after "SystemCoreClock" to 180000000？

I am trying to use one of the Firmware Package demo projects using Keil v5. With the STM32F072 Discovery Board connected, the Device Manager shows the STM32 STLink driver is working properly under Windows10. In particular, I've loaded the DAC_SignalGeneration Project. Originally, I got an error that the Project was read-only but I changed the file attribute. Keil then updated the project from v4 to v5. I then re-built the project with zero errors. When I try to Flash or Debug, I get an error in Keil: Cannot Load Flash Device Description, C:\Keil_v5\ARM\flash\STM32F0xx_128.flmNo idea what this means. When I first connected the USB cable, it said there was an update for the STLink firmware. I think it updated it just fine to the latest version.Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

Hello,Our Devices(50 devices) uses STM32WLE5CC and STM32WL V1.0.1 SDK. I have generated code with Lorawan. All system works perfectly for around 49 days, after that all devices get reboots. We found that it happens when HAL_Gettick() overflows(we send HAL_Gettick() value to our server on each uplink).I didn't use HAL_Gettick() function in any other function expect dding this value in lorawan frame , but uses Timer API to create timer and wake device on time. Please guide us how can I solve this issue?Currently can't generate issue again as it needs 49 days to overflow HAL_Gettick(). Is there any method I can set HAL_Gettick() time manually so I can be sure about that.Thank You

Hello everyone,I am trying to communicate with ST25R3920 using S32K116 host MCU. I managed to read some data but they seem meaningless according the datasheet. For example: I was trying to read IC identity register(3Fh) to test that if I am able to communicate with the device. When I send 3Fh with 01 prefix for read operation, I read 15h(00010101b) on second byte of buffer. That made me thought maybe I am losing bits during communication because I should read 2Ah(00101010) but then I realized when I to read different registers I get the same 15h value on different byte( like 3rd or 6th byte of receive buffer) and this value is meaningless for that registers.I tried to configure default options and run the power-up sequence properly but I don't even know if they are executed in right way. I am tagging a snippet that I use to send data to ST25R3920.So, I was not able to detect the problem causing this issue. What are the options I could try and what could be the issue? I'd appreciate any

HelloI am using the combination of F401RE and IHM16M1 for a project in my lab to drive a 24V BLDC Motor (max RPM 5000). Issues:1) I am unable to select the above combination in the Motor Profiler.2) When I try to generate code using Motor Control Workbench (5.Y), I generate code using CubeMX (6.3) and flash it using CubeIDE (1.10.1) -->I run motor using Motor Pilot but it always says "Speed Feedback Error". I don't know why this happens.3) No resources about how to make this combination work.4) I tried using the 6StepLib. However, the motor just spins and then stops making a humming noise (increasing), then stops. Sometimes it doesn't stop but runs at 450-500 RPM.Can anyone please point me to a given example for this combination? Or am I missing something?I am new to the ecosystem so I would appreciate any help or guidance. Thank you.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ****UPDATE****GMA, Thank you for helping me resol

I have a quick question I got the error while I was building the empty project. It seems like I got nothing in the inc file? How to solve it. Hi, im currently working on a project for universtiy and im quite new to stm32. I hava a sensor on my board that coummuicates via UART, were it dumps its data once per second. My problem is that the first HAL_UART_RECEIVE works as intended, but afterwards it always instantly times out, seemingly even before the set timout is over. My MCU is a STM32WL55My code is: /* USER CODE BEGIN Header */ /** ****************************************************************************** * @file : main.c * @brief : Main program body ****************************************************************************** * @attention * * Copyright (c) 2022 STMicroelectronics. * All rights reserved. * * This software is licensed under terms that can be found in the LICENSE file * in the root directory of this software component. * If no LICENSE file comes with this software, it is provided AS-IS. * ****************************************************************************** */ /* USER CODE END H

Hello,Are there plans to fully support the STEVAL-PROTEUS1 board in NanoEdge AI Studio? Currently only the STEVAL-STWINKT1B has full support (with datalogging). Many thanks,Anthony

Tying to use STM32CubeMX 6.6.1 on an M1 Macbook Pro but when I try to save a new Project I can navigate to the Documents folder but no files or folders are shown. STM32CubeMX will duly create a new folder but if you then try and open it by you can't because the File Open fails to show files and folders in Documents. If you try and open a .ioc file within a subfolder of Documents STM32CubeMX opens but fails to load the file, you just end up on the opening screen where you select your starting position. Is it only me with this problem as for me this makes using a Mac just now impossible.ThanksEDIT: Just found out if I run using sudo from a Terminal I can see all the expected files/folders.

Hi,We are testing the M24LR04E-R with NDEF messages and find the speed very slow.We are currently using Android, but we see the same behaviour with iOS.If we write 400 bytes of data as TEXT tag. With this simple code:NdefRecord mRecord = NdefRecord.createTextRecord("en", text);NdefMessage mMsg = new NdefMessage(mRecord);ndefTag.writeNdefMessage(mMsg);Reading the 400 bytes of payload data as NDEF record takes approximately 1.3 second. Thats a throughput of 307 bytes/second. We use native Android code, similar to the write code.I can see there is data rate low and high - anyone knows how i can choose to use data rate high with standard Android java code?Or other suggestions to lower the rate? If we could just move 400 bytes in 4-500 ms. it would be acceptable.Regards Jens

Hi, Could you provide :the TJmax (maximum Junction Temperature), RJA(Junction to ambient Thermal resistance), Rjc (Junction to case ) and Rjb (Junction to board / bottom) of M24C16-FDW6 EEPROM.Thank you in advanceRegards

We are trying to implement the SPI interface on a STM32G070 MCU using DMA and no interrupts. MOSI MISO and SCLK all work fine, but the NSS signal does not behave the way we want it to. What we need is a precise change from 1 to 0 signaling the start of the transmission and right after the transmission is finished we need the immediate change from 0 to 1. What do we need to do to get this behavior?SPI1 registers:CR1: 0x0105CR2: 0x1704 SPI and DMA init: LL_SPI_InitTypeDef SPI_InitStruct = {0}; LL_GPIO_InitTypeDef GPIO_InitStruct = {0};   /* Peripheral clock enable */ LL_APB2_GRP1_EnableClock(LL_APB2_GRP1_PERIPH_SPI1); LL_IOP_GRP1_EnableClock(LL_IOP_GRP1_PERIPH_GPIOA); LL_IOP_GRP1_EnableClock(LL_IOP_GRP1_PERIPH_GPIOB); LL_AHB1_GRP1_EnableClock(LL_AHB1_GRP1_PERIPH_DMA1);   /** SPI1 GPIO Configuration +**/ GPIO_InitStruct.Pin = SPI_SCK_PIN; GPIO_InitStruct.Mode = LL_GPIO_MODE_ALTERNATE; GPIO_InitStruct.Speed = LL_GPIO_SPEED_FREQ_HIGH; GPIO_InitStruct.OutputType = L

i used to STRU3993 EvalI got the result based on the following code.I wonder what that result means. It seems to be the result of the antenna performance here.If it is the output of the result for the antenna performance,I wonder what function should be used to get the result of the power obtained through the tag, that is, the dbm/rssi value.

Hi,I use STM32F407IGH6. I don't use Cube HAL in my project, I use standard peripheral library only. Are there any examples which are based on STD library?

I have the following problem. I recently installed Windows 11 and tried to install the STM32CubeProgrammer. But non of the following versions work with Windows 11STM32CubeProgrammer 2.11.0STM32CubeProgrammer 2.10.0STM32CubeProgrammer 2.9.0I always get the same error: I use Java Version 1.8.0_341. Would be nice, if someone knows an answer! :)BestsTobi
