Someone know if VL53L1X-SATEL have a cover glass or if it is necessary to buy apart?

There is none. You can buy some Hornix(Tm) cover glass from https://www.gilisymo.com/ , distributor in Europe.

All three can give you the coverglass for all ST's ToF sensors, as well as sensors mounted on a bit of PC complete with coverglass installed.

It's pretty handy for a quick production or small quantities.
