Hello

I have the ST7MC Board and this is the first time with this board .

The BLDC motor library came with workspace for STVD but not for code warrier.

I opened new project with the code warrier and added the files.

Using the wizard I had to choose lots of things.

A. I didn't know if to choose minimal startup code or ANSI startup code.

B. I didn't know what to put in the OVERLAP support. I choose the default, and then, after the project was built, I didn't find how to change this option.

Is it only available when you make the project ?

C. what are the 4 possibilities of debugging ? (Metrowerks simulator, EMU3 emulator, STMC, Softec Micro system)

Which one is the one for the board we have ? (I guess it is the Softec Micro system, right ?)

D. After I compiled I got errors that all the .o files doesn't contain debug info in DWARF format, so the link failed.

I didn't find how to add debug info to the files ?

E. I didn't find how to do clean and rebuild. (only by remove object code option).

Is there an option like this ?

Hi,

the CD included in the package comes with Softec Visual Debugging tool and all the libraries can be compiled both with Cosmic compiler (free version) and Codewarrior compiler.

Why don't you want to use them?
