LM334 current source - Ratio of Iset to V- current at Iset=10mA

Hello,

I need a cheap 10mA current source. LM334 looks perfect for my application, but I cannot find out ratio n with the datasheet's curve ( The ''Ratio of Iset to V- current'' curve stop around Iset=6mA )

Does anyone could help me ?
