Hi,typical for this, i use logic level mosfets :- (not too much current, small load) IRLML6344 , 30V , 4A ; SOT-23 ;- (for bigger power:) IRL540 , 100V , 30A ; To220 -- or any other logic level mosfet, that matches your load.
