i'm trying to build a project and appers the message below. i already checked the files date, reinstalled, cleaned registry. don't know what else to do.. How can I fix that?!

Get a decent file manager software and check thoroughly.

Do a clean install, on a clean machine.

Check current date/time reported

What versions of windows, etc?

I had download the latest version before install, had a previous version installed with the same error.

I did the clean install in others two computers without any problem to check if was some problem with install files.

In the three machines i'm working with win 10 x64.

But in the computer that i need didn't work..

I had change the HD and reinstall the windows and software.. it worked.
