Perform full chip erase in a Read protected STM32G431KB, On STM32CUbeProgrammer

Hi there,

I have used the STM32CubeProgrammer to flash firmware into a STM32G4, it all worked wonderfully, However I was experimenting with the Read out protection options, in the option bytes section, and first set the highest level 2 (0xCC) on one chip and then the Second chip flashed it with the protection level 1 (0xBB).

In the first case with protection level 0xCC I am not able to connect to the target anymore.

In the second case I am able to connect to the target but not able to erase it or re program it.

Am I missing something to achieve this on STM32CubeProgrammer ?

Are there any other tools I could use to perform a full chip erase in this case?

Thanks

0xCC means RDP2 means no way back!
