we work wit DWM3000vband Nucleo-F429ZI cards. We followed the previously found "Guide for examples build" file to run the example codes. When "EVK3000_f29_cubeMX" is run, we can't find the debug folder and file with the extension ".elf" What is the reason

The debug folder shows up when you build your project.

Could you please build your project first and verify the result. If it didn't work, please specify the CubeMX version and share with us your .ioc file.
