Hello @ofsong and welcome to the community.

Do you have a proxy? if yes indeed you need to configure it in Help -> "Updater Settings" -> "Connection parameters"

Otherwise you can set it to "No Proxy"

Try to restart CubeMX. If you are not using the last version, please update to your tool.
