STM32CubeMX allows only Full HS for STM32H7B3VIT. According to the datasheet, that 100 pin derivate do have a support for HS and external PHY (ULPI). Please, advice, if the 100 pin supports ULPI or how to setup it in the STM32CubeMX.

Probably STM32CubeMX. does not support the setup (yet). To setup manually, carefully read the datasheet and the pinout setting. Look for the PX_C pins that offer access to the alternate functions.

Thanks. However, before we put an effort and decide for PCB layout, I would need to know exactly and directly from ST, if that ULPI feature is supported on 100 (and 144 as well) pin derivates of STM32H7B3 or not. Also, when STM32CubeMX support can be expected.

Hello @IPaul.1
According to DS , as mentioned in the STM32H7B3xI pin/ball definition table, for LQFP144, LQFP100 and TFBGA100 packages, there are some missed signals that are needed to have the ULPI feature, so it's not supported.
The ULPI is supported only when all signals are present ( 12 signals : OTG_HS_ULPI_STP, OTG_HS_ULPI_NXT, OTG_HS_ULPI_DIR, OTG_HS_ULPI_D0..7 ).

Hi @IPaul.1
For H7B0, the ULPI is not supported for 100/144 Packages, but This is not a rule that is applied on all H7 100/144 Packages, taking the example of H723ZGTx which has the LQFP144 package and at the same time supports the ULPI feature.
I recommend you to always check with DataSheet because Each Part Number has its own features.
For the other questions, you need to contact your local ST sales office from this link.
