The cubemx cannot configure the ADC synchronous clock mode when the system clock is 400MHz,But use 200MHz or 480MHz is OK, why? my cubemx Version is 6.3.0

Can't quite figure it out, but the answer is almost certainly related to max ADC clock in VOS1 mode on rev Y.

Moving to 480 MHz puts you in VOS0, and moving to 200 MHz obviously lowers your clock speed by half.
