FMC on STM32H755 data/address

Hi, may I confirm whether the STM32H755 supports only the muxed PSRAM configuration? I want to experiment something with an unmuxed connection with separate data and address. Is there a work around on this or is it an internal design that I cannot change

Hello @ikhwan-affan

Please try to use the latest version of STM32CubeMX 6.16.0

Thanks for the reply, but I still cannot find it from my side. I think it's better for me to give my setup environment:
OS: Windows 11
STM32CubeMX: Version 6.16.0
MCU: STM32H755ZITx

I realized that you are using STM32H755BITx but does it only available for that MCU and not STM32H755ZITx?
Thanks

Hello @ikhwan-affan

In the STM32H755BITx , the unmuxed memory connections requires number of address lines (FMC_Ax) as shown below

In STM32H755ZITx (LQFP144 package) , the unmuxed connections   are not supported in this package, because there are not enough available pins to expose all the necessary address lines as shown below from DS12919 Rev 2

(FMC_Ax) are not  available as physical pins in LQFP144 package
