Using St Cube IDE 1.6.0, I create new project for STM32F302C8. When debugging the project i noticed that my HSE crystal is not working (Systick is always 0). The code ends up in an infinite loop which prevents the HSE. Who can help me ??

In addition, it is strange that the same code works on my nucleo dev board.(STM32F302R8) Is my STM32F302C8 on my PCB broken??
