The latest STM32CubeIDE version is 1.23.0 or 1.17.0?

It's strange that I got this pic before click the get latest:

But when I try to download it, it changes to 1.17.0, funny?

Indeed.

But seems to be fixed now:

A complex system that works is invariably found to have evolved from a simple system that worked.
A complex system designed from scratch never works and cannot be patched up to make it work.
