Sometimes works very well. But some times I get this error. Do I need to add any extra .dll files or something.
Or do I need to make any configuration changes. Please give some information.

If you activate the GDB server log in the debugger tab of your debug configuration so it's enabled the next time this happens then I might be able to take a closer look.
