My main problem is that none of the new projects I open on my newly installed STM32Cube on my computer work, but when I import my old projects, they work.

Environment: STM32CubeIDE / Version: 1.17.0 / Build: 23558_20241125_2245 (UTC)

---EXTENSIVE EXPLANATION--
My computer crashed recently and I did a clean install.
No new project I created and compiled after the installation works.
And I get no errors about it.
When I call and load one of my old projects, I observe that it works without any problems, but when I make a change to the old project and recompile it, it still doesn't work.
The only error message I can get about the problem is the error in the image I get when I call the "stmstudio" .elf file
I am getting this error when calling .elf file from old project.
