Hello,
I was working with STM32CubeIDE version 1.8.0 on a project. I just download version 1.9.0, trying to import the project.
In the importation Wizard, when selecting the correct directory, the project name is displayed, but when clicking "Finish", the importation window close, and nothing append.
Is this a known issue? Is there something to do to make it work?
Thank you
Antoine

Hello,
I finally managed to import the project.
The problem was that I selected as new workspace, the project directory, and that is not possible.
But there was no error messages displayed.
Selecting another WS directory solve the issue. But message should be displayed.
I was trying to import using "File->Open project from file system"

Hello there!
Could you give some additional details about what options you use in order to import? Along with some screenshots of the process?
It's also important to note that it's recommended to have a new workspace for STM32CubeIDE 1.9.0 and then import the old project into the new workspace.

@ANauz.1 Yeah I wasted about and hour to figure out this. It should show that it cannot configure the project on this folder workspace.
In my experiment, you also cannot import a project into the workspace if project folder is direct child of workspace or viceversa
