Had the same issue, pins get lost when exporting with CubeIDE. I opened the exportet symbol file and they are not there, so it must be a CubeIDE or UltraLibrarian error.
However, the STM32 MCU I wanted to use is also in the standard KiCad Library "MCU_ST_STM32F1", so I just used this one. Although it is more time consuming, you can consider labeling the nets or adding comments according to the pin names of your CubeIDE project.
Edit: moved from the old thread Pin naming export (to have more chance for answer).

Hello @matzeatweb
We only integrate UltraLibrarian within CubeMX, so this issue appears to be related to UltraLibrarian rather than CubeMX. Have you tried downloading the symbol files directly from UltraLibrarian.com to see if the issue persists? If the exported symbol file is still missing pins, it is likely due to a problem with the UltraLibrarian data . I recommend verifying the UltraLibrarian library files, and if the problem continues, please contact UltraLibrarian support for further assistance.
