Hmm... that's the reason why I don't like Eclipse. Most IDEs are made of it, most functions of it are not used or unusable in the context for a given platform, it wastes space if you've several installations of different vendors, what works on one installation doesn't work on another... and it must be horrible for a vendor to customize it, I assume.
But, I think the question is answered and the problem solved - use external builder.
