Hello,

Im unable to connect to internet in IDE and MX. Check below image in IDE

My work is getting hampered due to this. Please let me know what to do.

Disabled firewall and was able to connect and update. Pl close ticket

Hello @GauravK ,

Are you running the tools behind a proxy server ? 

It may be Firewall or proxy issues, in this case make sure that the necessary ports and protocols are allowed and that the proxy settings are configured correctly.

Check the Network proxy settings and recommendation in the following User manual:

No proxy server. But firewalls can be there...

But I didnt face this issue previously... this week only observed

I tried changing network connections settings... but same issue faced

Im still facing issue. I tried in IDE and MX but same, problem during server connection. I have tried to install new softwares of IDE and MX also but same issue.

I dont have proxy internet. I have tried 1. No proxy and 2. System proxy options.

What to do?

I dont see Native option in proxy entry:
