I want to generate a random number. How to define rand function in cube ide?? Any example program will be more helpful??

You can find tons of examples with source code in the repository for your respective STM32, either in your local repository directory, or in the Github repository, e.g. the one for STM32G4. Just look for directories with RNG in their name.
