Could you share the build settings in Properties>C/C++ Build>Settings>Build Steps to see the added command in the prebuild steps.

It seems like it is not about the same error in the first screenshot, maby you are using different firmware version for H5. So,  for the first attachment an internal ticket ID 185915 (This is an internal tracking number and is not accessible or usable by customers) has already been submitted to escalate this issue internally to the STM32CubeIDE team.
