??? Is example for/from CubeIDE or other or multi IDE.

If is CubeIDE based then unzip it to new folder and double click on .project file. (Ofcourse if is your environment set for this double clik)

Installing the repository and using the Example Selector is going to be the easiest route.

File -> New -> STM32 Project -> Example Selector.
