Hi, I hope I hit the correct subforum. I cannot update STM32CubeIDE to version 1.8.0. When trying to update, I get the following error message:

Hello there!

Make sure that the connection is set up properly and not blocked by a firewall or anti-virus software etc.

If it's still a problem you can try to download the stand-alone installer for 1.8.0 on the st.com website. It's available here.

You can have multiple versions of CubeIDE installed at the same time without issue, just make sure that you have a different workspace for each version.

Hi, thank you. I think I will have to download a new version of STM32CubeIDE. Even when the firewall or antivirus are disabled, I get the error warning.
