I downloaded repository form github, but it not gonna work. I just open stm32cubeide few days ago and i try to learn it. Please help.
here is how it looks like, idk why there is simply nothing, and simply nothing i can do with it

Github of WHAT, from WHERE?
Perhaps you need to Import the project.
This doesn't show the Error you mention, which is likely because you need to rebuild the project for the .ELF for it to exist locally.

after i click the button run, "show detail", there is written that the file xxxx.elf does not exist

So what, exactly, did you do between downloading the files, and clicking the 'Run' button?

You will need to import the code into CubeIDE, and then build it before you can run it.
Are you able to build and run any of ST's own examples?

I would strongly suggest that you follow some of ST's examples & tutorials first to learn the basics - before adding the complications of trying to import 3rd-party projects.
