CubeIDE and Atollic installation on one machine?

Do they coexist peacefully on one system? Will CubeIDE overwrite any components such as OpenOCD or programmer, or standalone CubeMX data?

Sounds no issue. If Windows (OS limitation) only one file association (.project / .cproject files) is supported. Latest installed IDE will take benefit of it. Here is only limitation I've faced myself.
