Hi,
I am looking to design a board based on a 64-bit ARM processor, with interfaces including USB, Serial, and Ethernet. Could you kindly suggest any development boards that could serve as a good reference for this project?
Your recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You

I believe this is the only 64-bit chip from ST:
STM32MP2 series - STMicroelectronics
Also on the way:

Hi @Vista123
two development boards are available from ST
https://www.st.com/en/evaluation-tools/stm32mp257f-dk.html
https://www.st.com/en/evaluation-tools/stm32mp257f-ev1.html
See also https://wiki.st.com/stm32mpu/wiki/Getting_started/STM32MP2_boards
note that such board are for evaluation/development and cannot be sold inside a product: https://www.st.com/resource/en/evaluation_board_terms_of_use/evaluationproductlicenseagreement.pdf
Some STM32MP2x boards (e.g. SOM modules) are available from partners or 3rd parties.
Regards.
