NUCLEO STM32WL: Sigfox PushButton (STM Application)

Hello, I would like to use the debugger with Keil uvison. Thus, I change the two define in sys_conf, (buit, then flashed) : However, it is not working, it seeems that it goes to hardfault (whereas I can send message without the debug mode)

 

Also, I have tried to use CubeIDE in debug mode and the debugger is working...

I don't understand....
